You do not have to be a member of a recognized religion in order to claim a religious exemption. The US Supreme Court has held in Frazee V. Illinois Dept. of Security, 489 US 829, that a religious belief is subject to protection even though no religious group espouses such beliefs or the fact that the religious group to which the individual professes to belong may not advocate or require such belief. Also a federal court has determined that, under title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended Nov. 1, 1980; Part 1605.1- Guidelines on Discrimination Because of Religion, a deeply held moral or ethical belief that relates to life, purpose and death can be equivalent to traditional religious belief. So, for example, if you are a vegan who does not believe it is ethical to kill animals for any purpose, you can claim a vaccine religious exemption based on the fact that animals are killed so their organs can be harvested to make vaccines.

Finding a Doctor for a Medical Exemption

In states such as CA, MS, ME, NJ, NY and WV where the only available vaccine exemption is a "Medical Exemption", you will need to find a doctor who is vaccine-educated. Most are not because medical schools do not teach about vaccine-injury. These websites have lists of doctors who understand the contraindications to vaccination and the reality of vaccine-injury. Because of that knowledge, they would be more likely to sign a Medical Exemption. If not, at least they may accept vaccine-educated families into their practice.

Expecting a baby? "It is crucial for parents to intervene and sign the necessary paper-work via your family doctor BEFORE your baby is born. Thus you will avoid any oversight by the nursing staff on duty. Remember, the administering of the Vitamin K shot is a STANDARD procedure in most mainstream Medical institutions. Therefore you must make your decision NOT to vaccinate your baby clear to all attending hospital staff members. The father-to-be should carry all necessary forms (several copies) in his back pocket at all times during the delivery phase. If you live in a state that allows a personal belief exemption, a doctor or nurse may try to coerce you into signing a form saying you are aware you will be putting your child and others at risk by not vaccinating. They are trying to get you to state that you are a bad parent. If you do not cross out any such language before signing, that form could later be used to harass you by CPS (Child Protective Services) or other governmental agency. Vaccine-educated parents avoid "well baby visits" because such visits are primarily used to push vaccines. Some parents will go but not engage in a discussion about vaccines with the doctor beyond stating "We're not vaccinating." This is because most doctors were never taught about vaccine-injury in medical school, and so they are not qualified to evaluate the risk for your individual child. However, doctors are taught how to pressure you into vaccinating using psychological manipulation and bullying tactics. If you find yourself in such a situation, inform the doctor that medical bullying or arrogance will result in a terminattion of your relationship. You could also ask these questions:

1. May I see the package insert so that I can read the ingredients, contraindications, and reported adverse events for this vaccine?

2. Have all of the ingredients been tested for safety? (The correct answer is "No")

3. What is the worst side effect this vaccine can cause? (See package insert)

4. Will you certify that my child has no contraindications for this vaccine? (eg. mitochondrial disfunction as in Hannah Poling, POLG gene, MTHFR mutation, Cerebral Folate Deficiency)

5. What are my rights if it hurts me or my child?

6. Do vaccines increase the risk for cancer? (If the doctors answers "No", you will know that's a lie because no vaccine has ever been tested for long term adverse outcomes such as cancer.)

7. Do vaccines damage DNA? (If the doctors answers "No", you will know that's a lie because no vaccine has ever been tested for causing damamge to DNA.)

8. Do vaccines cause impairment of fertility? (If the doctors answers "No", you will know that's a lie because no vaccine has ever been tested for impairment of fertility.)

9. What should I do if it hurts me or my child?

10. Are there any safety studies on giving more than one shot at a time?

11. Are there any studies on the health outcomes of the vaccinated versus never vaccinated?

12. Does it matter if there is a familial history of bad reactions, autoimmunity, or other allergies?

13. Will you be held personally responsible if this hurts me or my child?

14. Are there any studies done on vaccine safety that are not funded by vaccine manufacturers, patent holders, or government agencies responsible for vaccine uptake?

15. Do you consider my child acceptable collateral damage for the greater good? ("herd immunity")

Amazon.com review of "Fear of the Invisible": This book takes readers on a journey into the very heart of the hunt for viruses - to the key experiments originally performed to prove that these invisibly small particles are the cause of diseases previously blamed on toxins or bacteria and into the latest research. It sheds light on the extraordinary assumptions that underlay much of this research - and on the vaccines that developed from this. The author, an investigative journalist who has researched and produced investigative films for the BBC, American and Australian television, was asked by parents with children severely ill after vaccination, to discover if the medical authorities were hiding anything from them. She agreed, but had no idea how long this search would take. She expected at best to uncover a small degree of contamination. On the ensuing decade-long journey of discovery, she learned it is not just the added mercury that we have to worry about. She discovered that top government scientists admit to colleagues that vaccines are contaminated with viruses from chickens, humans and monkeys, with RNA and DNA fragments, with 'cellular degradation products', and possibly 'oncogenes and prions.' They report alarmingly that it is impossible to commercially purify vaccines. They express great concerns, but the public is not told despite the possible consequences for long-term public health. A recent US court decision has linked autism with vaccine contamination. The author cites her sources by name - and gives references and Internet links where they are available. She reveals evidence that the World Health Organisation has discovered the MMR vaccine is contaminated with chicken leukosis virus, but has decided not to tell the public of this, and to continue to make the vaccine with eggs from contaminated chickens. A senior professor told her that the vaccine program was so contaminated that HIV might well have spread though it without any need for military intervention. She set out to find the evidence to resolve this, and to learn how HIV apparently spread so far and fast. She needed to know more about this virus so went to the foundation research widely held today to have found HIV and proved it caused AIDS. She was then rocked to discover that this same research was investigated for scientific fraud for a five year period by powerful US scientific institutions and by Congress. Why is this not widely known? She found their reports and discovered they found major errors in this research, some so serious that these made it impossible to repeat these experiments and thus to verify them! She reveals the evidence unearthed - reproducing key documents so the reader can assess them for themselves. This is explosive material. In the final part of this book the author reports recent research that is revolutionizing biology and offering much hope for the future. These new developments shed new light on the relationships between our cells and viruses. They are not necessarily enemies.
